My name is Michael Alder, Captain of Cross Country and Co-Captain of Track & Field. I’m a two-time Junior Olympian, three-time Keystone State Games gold medalist, and PIAA State qualifier. I race XC 5K (16:28) and track 1600m, 3200m, and 4x800m, earning multiple MVP and runner awards.
